Our company offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience working with state-of-the-art equipment for the production and measurement of next-generation fiber optics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparing reports and documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in the research agenda carried out at the R&amp;D Center in Lubart\u00f3w<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating and optimizing fiber optic manufacturing processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervising and participating in the fiber pulling proces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operating fiber optic towers; optionally \u2013 operating CVD equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with fiber optic preforms, including microstructural preforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Documented experience in fiber optic manufacturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Higher education \u2013 (chemistry, engineering, technical fields) or secondary technical<br>education (chemistry, technical fields)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very good manual skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicative English (min.
